Results were released on 22nd December. There were fewer tears of joys as compared to sadness.
I did the worst for my *(&# core modules which are mainly physics and computing which i got C+ for. Thankfully i got an A for the i-didn't-go-clubbing-despite-the-temptation- MNO biz module which was on the day after ladies night. This saved my ass by quite a bit but the overall CAP is still nothing but one word - CUI!
If you ask me whether Hall was the cause of the bad results i really beg to differ. Based on my character i won't do any consistent studying/revision to begin with so last minute studying is still my style.
I hope my application to transfer is approved soon!

hi everyone, it has been a while.
Studying has been a chore these days. Sometimes i feel that my ability to comprehend things have become slower, or its just simply my unwillingness to understand the boring fundamental concepts. yucks electric potentials and magnetism simply turns me off.
Anyway i just found out one of my good friends actually got accepted into oxford university and imperial college before the A level results were out. But because he couldn't get the overseas scholarship he has to reject both schools. When i heard his story i felt so sorry for him. somehow or another i always feel the ivyleague and prestigious top universities can alter someone's fate forever. I hope i'm wrong in this sense.
anyway his modesty was what impressed me most. there wasn't any air of arrogance and he didn't make much of a big fuss out of it, in fact it was me who squeezed this information out of him haha.
i hope i can make it for the mid terms

hi all, it has been some time since i last updated. anyway these 2 weeks was rather crazy for me. Running back and forth between two camps, both sheares hall and engine camp. Nontheless it was fun and there were some stressful periods as well. I think i'm both physically and mentally tired. In the midst of bidding for my two modules i spilled water on my laptop, and i forsake so many outings with friends just to go orientation week. honestly the opportunity cost is sometimes so high but there are some sacrifices somehow.
anyway one good thing is i passed qet and i'm exempted from the eng modules. the fact that i was once an english teacher simply show how important this test it is to me.
oh, and i'm so sorry to those who have organised outings and i ps due to unforseen circumstances.

hello. i'm finally back from camp. one good news is that i;m not so fair as before. bad news is my body is so badly burnt i think the skin area near the shoulder are going to peel off in a few day's time.
anyway i will blog about my camp some other days when i have the pics. basically it was quite fun just that still as usual i don;t know any year ones from comp engineering. and engineering is not the shaolin temple i used to think it was supposed to be.
so before i went off for the camp, i attended V's fashion management dip grad ceremony.

basically i have 5+ MSN windows open. 3 telling me about their problems and 2 chit chat windows. one asking me about trading in restaurant city and i;m eating my nissin cup noodles now.
